The CIO2 system Unit 'S" Series is a device for the safe production of chlorine dioxide at the dosing point. The generator is equipped with two peristaltic pumps that evenly and continuously dose the reagents into the reactor. After generation and dilution, chlorine dioxide is directed to a maturation tank and then to a storage tank, from where it is fed into the network using a membrane dosing pump. Each chemical line is equipped with ultrasonic flow meter for precise chemical flow measurement. 7.5% NaCIO2 & 8.5% Hcl chemical mixing takes place in CIO2 generator reactor under dilution water closed circuit loop. After generation, CIO2 enriched solution is stored in an on-board tank and dosed as per dosing requirement. Operating on a totally auto-operating mechanism this system is enabled with options with online connectivity with Laptop/Smart Phones.
